Model Shoot – Karina Belova

Karina Belova loves anything and everything vintage. She buys on E-Bay, travels and purchases in second hand stores wherever she goes. As she put it – her boyfriend loves her!  ;-)  The dress featured is a vintage dress – and so is her fabulous hat. The look and feel we were going for on this shoot was one of romance. Think lost in the woods. You would almost think we were! Now…for those of you who know me, know I’m afraid of creepy crawlies. Karina was great – she was like “come on over here” – and stomped through in her slippers. Me…I was a little less sure…after all, surely there must be snakes in Singapore too? Picture this – Karina – even further into the bushes. Me – looking around 360 degrees to ensure I can’t see anything sliding on the ground towards me! Yup…my next to buy…wellington boots for shoots just like this one!
