Valentines Day – Looking for a special couple!

Valentine’s Day is just around the corner! Now…whilst I understand it does wonders for the commercial and retail world – I can’t help but enjoy the love out there. Now before my husband freaks out reading this post – honey, I am not after anything! Hee Hee. I would however love to offer a photo shoot to a deserving couple!
So, based on the fact that I live in Singapore – this is for couples who live here. Mind you, I will be travelling to the following places within the next 12 months – Mauritius, Kota Kinabalu, Sydney – so I guess if you’re from those places feel free to write in.
So, have you got those fingers ready to type? Get ready. Go…tell me about a couple who you would like to give this gift to. Tell me their story. What makes them special? Over to you…

Hi Zurina,
I would like to nominate my fellow schoolmate name, Azruhil, who has been in a relationship with her boyfriend for almost 7 years! They have been together since they were in High School and have been keeping low profile at school for 4-5 years (if i’m not mistaken!). Although we (the classmates) knew that they were together for many years back that time, surprisingly, they always ‘pretend’ that they didn’t know each other at school! You know – that kind of, smile and walk off. Even I, myself, couldn’t believe either how they managed to did that for a couple of years! After their 5 years in High School, they got graduated and went to different school.
I am truly amazed of how strong their love are despite being in a different environment and to adapt the new environment very quickly! Thus, they still manage to squeeze their busy schedule for each other no matter how tiring they are. Simply amazing!
I think this is a great gift for them to enjoy their unconditional 7 years of showering love together as they have been busy with their tight schedule.
Their devotions and emotions through photos never fail to bring a smile on my face. They deserved a time off and enjoy a ‘real’ photo shoot now! Their beautiful faces and natural smiles simply couldn’t resist for a snap!
Let me know if they got selected. I will send over her details to you.
*wink
Cheers,
Arina
At last.. I’ve found someone who I believed deserve this shoot. The couple is currently living in australia righ now. They are Elia and Ridwan (http://dontlikethatlah.blogspot.com/) who has been together since 2000.
They started dating when they were in Junior college. After a year together, about 2001 – Ridwan left Singapore to study in Melbourne – that where I and him became friends.
Elia then happened to get into Monash 2003 – and that was when accidently I made friedns with Elia without knowing that Ridwan is her boyfriend at first!
At that point of time; Elia – being a medical students and Ridwan – an engineer students (I think?, they hardly get to meet each other and both busy bees.
Even though we – me and the couple are not close friends, I truly believed that they deserve this. After being separated to different country – they were united back soon after. And later years, again, they were separated. One was in Melb and the other was in London. Even how far they are apart, their love became stronger day by day and last year – they have tied the knot – Legally husband and wife!
:)
When you have a moment, browse through her blog and you will understand how their love is. I can’t really explain how their love is because its beyond word to explain. seriously. heeee…
Hey Zurina, some great work here. I’ll volunteer for the ‘mature couple’ Valentines shot. You just need to find me the girl first
All the best,
Dennis
